History

Alberto Díaz Goldfarb and Liliana Elsa Luque, creators and directors of the Center, obtained their degrees in Psychology at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (Córdoba National University) in 1976.
They were trained as freudian psychoanalists.

In their first year of practice as therapists they begun to study and apply Dr. Reich's character analysis technique.

Though their original aim was to fully corroborate Dr. Reich findings,  the excellent results they achieved -quite unusual for young therapists-, encouraged them to start the research work that continues until now.

It was that exhaustive research work which lead them to develop what constitutes the theory of Perception Shift and the Biofunctionalism. That theory came not only from a theorethical investigation but also from their own wide practice in Orgonomy, which includes experimentation with orgon energy, experimentation with many ways of approach to the disarmouring process, giving individual and group therapy, training therapists, etc.

Some of the therapists they trained joined the Center and are working nowadays with them: Guillermina Baryuk and Liliana Picco, who obtained their degrees in Psychology at the Universidad Nacional de San Luis (San Luis National University) are now an essential part of the Los Orgones' staff.
